Smart-alec. I believe the question raised by Gershon was more along the lines of how to obtain a list of commands. For example, how do you determine that there is DESCRIBE if you don't know where to look? He is asking if there is a HELP command of some sort. I'm not sure, but my handy Oracle reference will have to do.
