For anyone to give you a half-way intelligent answer would require that you
provide a lot more information. Examples would be:
1. How you plan to use it
2. How many tables, a general idea of the number of rows, how many MB, GB, or TB
3. How and when you plan to load it and unload it
But, in general, there is no reason you can not implement a data warehouse in Oracle. That is what most of us do and have done.
