Help with error msg

Help!

I received the following message while doing an update:

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-04045: errors during recompilation/revalidation of ELSC_TEST.SET_BOM_MOD_DATE
ORA-04031: unable to allocate 4096 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","update bom_detail
set topic_...","PL/SQL MPCODE","BAMIMA: Bam Buffer")

I've also received something similar when doing a "CREATE OR REPLACE TRIGGER" statement, and once in a while when logging in to sqlplus. We have a part-time DBA who I haven't been able to contact.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
