I can't think of anything you can do client-server you can't do on the web. I'd go web.

I suspect behind your question is the fact that you know Delphi and don't know Java, Oracle Forms, HTP and HTF packages, or another tool that would allow you to build the web pages.

If that is the case even more reason to go web. If you don't you'll be unemployable before you are my age.
