OEM and Apache

I'm trying to start up the apacheserver installed with OEM 9.0.1 (I want to run the reports) on another port than 3339 since we're running another IAS on that port. Although I've made changes in the oem.conf-file and also have run "oemctl confugure rws" again, I get the
errormessage "[Thu May 16 14:33:53 2002] [crit] (125)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to port 7777".
