Missing analytic functions in 8i Personal Ed. for Win98 ???

Folks,


I just checked the documentation coming with 8i PE for Win98 and I can't
find any reference to missing features of SQL, so, why am I getting the
following error when I try to use the rank() function ?



"ORA-00439: feature not enabled: OLAP Window Functions"
