Actually I think the price is $39.95 USD. But what concerns me more is that it sounds like James thinks that Access is a database, Oracle is a database. We'll just replace one with the other. Nothing could be a straighter road to disaster.
I strongly advise you James and his team to either hire someone that really knows Oracle (and I don't just mean someone with Oracle on their resume) to help you understand the differences: They are very significant.
