OMS

I'm trying to invoque Oracle Enterprise Manager and after I fill the administrator, passw, and server field, appears this:

<<VTK-1000: unable to connect to management server ... Please verify tht you have entered de correst name and status of the Oracle Management Server>>

and I thing that the OMS isn't configurated correctly.

I'm using Windows and the problem start when I'm trying to create an OEM repository.
