Good Resources on Oracles wanted

Hi everybody, I am starting to learn Oracle by myself and am looking for
good resources for me to get in the field. Could anybody out there suggest
me good books on that subject? As far as I know, Oracle is usually run under
UNIX. But is there any software of Windows version so that I can really
practise while I am reading books. Thank you very much for your help.
