First you go to http://technet.oracle.com.

Then you click on the SEARCH button in the upper right hand corner of the page.

Then you enter your search criteria.

Then you print the instructions and follow them.

Alternatively you purchase a good Oracle DBA book.

There is no way that anyone could possibly provide you with sufficient information in a quick Usenet posting and from your email I could just as easily assume you are on a Linux machine as Win95.
