Anyone have influence inside Oracle's Metalink organization?

Folks -

Several weeks ago, I attempted to create a new Metalink account. I tried to create said account under any of six CSIs that I have access to. No luck. The Metalink error page directs me to write to mlsrvus_us_at_oracle.com, and I did so. I suppose that I shouldn't be too surprised, but no response at all came from the nice people at Oracle. I saw this sort of thing often when I was an Oracle employee.

Do you or anyone you know have influence within Oracle's Metalink organization? I even wrote to the head honcho at Metalink (Dave Muirhead, the last I knew), but he too ignored me.

If possible, could you please ask the people you know at Oracle to please monitor their mlsrvus_us account? What's the point of offering the address on a publicly accessible page if it's simply ignored?

Thanks,
Tom
