OK - just looking at the entity-relationships between the following :



Tablespaces


Segments


Extents


Blocks



Pretty sure I got it - just wondering.....in this regard, could a "segment"
be regarded as the same thing as a "table" ??  Seems like it to me - if not
why not? How do they differ?
