8.1.7 Installation problem

Hello.



I have recently downloaded the Oracle 8.1.7 client kit and
the full 8.1.7 install. When I try and run either of these
from my hard drive or a CD I get an hourglass for a second
or so and then... nothing the installation never starts.



I am attempting to install on a new P4 1.5Gig PC with Win2k.
20Gig free, 500MB memory.



Any help would be appreciated.
