Hey,


For personal Oracle8i  and Forms6i on Win98:
1. does it matter which product I install first?
2. What modifications do I have to do in order to be able to connect to the
db


    w/o getting the ora 12203 TNS: unable to connect to destination.
3. Please don't send me looking through the archive. This is kind of urgent.
