odbc error

hi everybody, this is my problem:

this code run in others PC (win98) but not in mine (win 2000 server) why?

I have [microsoft][odbc for oracle][oracle] - 80004005 error. I have microsoft odbc driver for oracle 2.57... what is the problem?
