  1.   Install the Oracle Client.
  
  2.   Configure SQLNET.ORA.
  
  3.   Configure TNSNAMES.ORA.
  
  4.   Install the Oracle ODBC driver.
  
  5.   Configure the ODBC Driver.
  
  6.   In Access go to File=>Get External Data=>Link =>Link Tables...
  
  7.   Choose the table to link.
