DBF->Oracle817

Kind day!
There was a problem of loading given from files of a format DBF in Oracle817.
SqlLdr does not understand " DB3 XXXX ". On how many I have understood this all works up to Oracle 8.0.5. or up to 8.0.3?
Tried to put only utilities from 805 Personal edition and to take advantage SQLLDR73 (in the distribution kit such is written down), but that swears " Message 1 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS73, facility=ULMessage 266 not found.... "

Prompt how competently to load DBF in Oracle c by a minimum quantity Intermediate actions. Better with use one Sqlloader'a. And if there is an opportunity send, please, SQLLDR80
