Shut Down Oracle Service

Some one can help please.
How do I shut down "OracleServiceOra8i"

from my winnt 4.0 workstation.
I am getting error msg, when re-installing Oracle (programmer version),

saying that the installation can not proceed until this service "OracleServiceOra8i" is shut down. I already look in Services, Network, Devices, System en so on,

there is no indication of "ORA" services.
