Help-loadjava command

Hi,

I've been trying to load a java class with the following statement onto
Oracle 8i installed on a PC:

C:\project>loadjava -user student/learn -resolve -force StoredProcedures.class

The system cannot find the path specified.

Does anyone know how to fix this error?  Do I need to set my environmental
variables, if so do you know to what?
