Oracle 8.1.7.0.1 on SuSe 7.3 ??? PLEASE HELP

I get the above error when I try to install Oracle 8.1.7.0.1 on SusE Linux 7.3.
I tried to run the make command manually from a terminal and got the same error as in my make.log file !

As it says "Please report this bug", I have hereby done - PLEASE HELP ME, as I have run out of ideas to fix the problem - THANKS
