Hi there
the NLS parameter is usually found in the registry setting.
open the registry and look for ORACLE_HOME (under CURRENT USER OR LOCAL MACHINE) or
it is worthwhile to check the ODBC DRIVER version on your boss's pc.. may be it is using an old driver.
