To receive help you should at least include a specific error message. I doubt whether there any any people with exactly the same configuration, and it's probably too much work anyway to try do reproduce your problem.

I am mentioning that the fact it is working in PostgreSQL doesn't tell anything about Oracle. It most likely is your fault, not Oracle's.
