Help 3113 error - newbie

I'm in a Win 2000 Professional s.p.1 - Celeron 600 256 Mb RAM with Oracle
8.1.7 Server with Spatial Cartridge Object Mode Option installed.
I'm trying to open an SQL session in my computer but I receive a 3113 error
message (end-of-file encountered????). I would like to know where I made
mistake (I surely wronged something ... I hope).
