Hi!

    Like subject says, I'm trying to do the following simple statement:

Update collection3
Set item='Rah's Book'
Where worth=222;

I get the error: ERROR:
"ORA-01756: quoted string not properly terminated"

    I figured the way it's entered wouldn't work, and I've tried several double-quote, single-quote combos, like
in ASP, and even some double-pipes for a possible concatenation, but all to no avail....if anyone could tell me how
to get this to work, I'd appreciate it.

    Please, no flames, i'm trying to learn more Oracle after learning a good bit of ASP, but I'm learning that there are some definite sytax-based differences, and I did do a search on the web and in this newsgroup b4 posting....thank for any help!
