Read the Oracle Backup and Recovery manual, topic incomplete recovery.
Basically it involves
recover database using backup controlfile
(assuming there's one in the backup)
IMO one of the purposes of Usenet newsgroup is to *explain* the
documentation not to *repeat* it.
