Hi Zifeng
If you already have spatial installed on the second DB (mdsys user exists), all you need to do is export the spatial tables from your existing DB, and import them into the new database. You will probably have to manually insert the data into the USER_SDO_GEOM_METADATA view in the new database, but that shouldn't be a big deal.
