Oracle 7 and ODBC

I need to develop a simple application that will query data from an Oracle server running on a Unix box. The problem is that the server is running Oracle 7, I don't have the old version of the client (with sql*net v1) and new versions of the client won't connect to the DB.

Upgrading the server is not an option. I have gotten permission from Oracle to use the old version of the client, but they don't seem to have it to send to me, nor do I know anyone who does.

Any suggestions? Received on Tue Sep 25 2001 - 15:25:44 CDT
