Oracle didn't develop any product specifically for win me, and also didn't certify any product on winMe.
There is a hack to get it working, and it has been published many times in the Oracle related newsgroups. Basically it involves downgrading the version number of the jre in win.ini.
A search on groups.google.com shouldn't turn up a blank. Please try to use this site before you post a question which you can suspect is FAQ. Please also avoid crossposting, especially to comp.databases.oracle, as not all providers support that group.
