Any idea about ORA-29541?

All,

When I try to install init Oracle JVM. I got the following error:

call dbms_java.grant_permission('JAVASYSPRIV', 'SYS:java.lang.RuntimePermission', 'getClassLoader', null)

*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-29541: class SYS.oracle/aurora/rdbms/security/PolicyTableManager could not be resolved

The initjvm.sql script was used for initialization under sqlplus command prompt.

Any idea about this error?
