Enumerate list of servers

Is there some way to enumerate the list of registered (existing) Oracle database service names on a client?

I am using OO4OLE in a VC/MFC client application. I want to generate a list like
that in "Oracle Net8 Easy Config".

I suppose I could try to parse the tnsnames.ora by hand, but that seems kind of dumb. It seems like there should be some way to do it via OO4OLE.
