Our machine 9i (RAC) on linux 7.1(RedHat) always reboot on itself, with
the following errors:

ORA-29702: error occurred in Cluster Group Service operation

lmon_1524.trc is as follows:
kjxgmps: proposing substate 4
kjxgmcs: Setting state to 3 4.
Name Service recovery started
Deleted all non-local name entries
kjxgmps: proposing substate 5
kjxgmcs: Setting state to 3 5.
Broadcasted all local name entries for publish
Replayed all pending requests
kjxgmps: proposing substate 6
kjxgmcs: Setting state to 3 6.
Name Service normal
Name Service recovery done

kjxgmps: proposing substate 7 kjxgmcs: Setting state to 3 7. kjfmact: call ksimdic on instance (0)
Could somebody help me out?
