Error during EXP on one instance

I have two, supposedly identical, instances of Oracle 8.1.7.
On one instance an EXP command end with error during
'exporting synonyms' with



ora-00904: invalid column name



Synonyms can be created/removed whatever on the instance.



What can be the problem ?


Any idea ?
