  1. Does your query work correctly if you put it directly into SQL*Plus?
  2. Does your query work correctly in Access if you execute the query manually?
  3. Can you turn on ODBC logging before executing the failure to get a better error message? Access is being lame and not reporting the specific cause of the failure.

Nothing looks terribly wrong in your query.
