Good Book

Hi !

I've been working with Oracle 8.1.6 , for two years now , and now I'm upgrading to Oracle 9i, so I'd like to find a really good book about the matter, one that would cover the basic concepts with some thorough practical examples... something that would preferably be linked to win2000 ! ( I guess there's no 9i for W2K ) , but even so, please tell me which would be the best buy.
