Migration

Hi,

i try to export a database from mssql7_at_win2k to oracle9i_at_linux with Migration Workbench.
I installed Migration Workbench on win2k, configured Net8 and created an user Migration on the external oracle9i-instance. When i start Migration Workbench i can login with this settings on the external oracle9i. Whats the problem?
Now Migration Workbench will create an initial repository but fails with:

Failed to create a Migration Workbench Repository. ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE
hmmm? but i could connect before?!

alternatively i tried to se the buildin oracle8iLight for the repository and now i can create a schema, but the same problem with connection comes when i want to export the data to an user (yes, with dba-role).

any ideas? could it be a version problem? should i use oracle8i?
