Oracle Financials From Visual Basic COM Objects

hi techies,
We are in to mobile development.We have one product which is enabled to display data from all databases including sap,oracle,sqlserver,seibel etc. in sap and seibel we found some business objects provided by those people as Dynamic Link Libraries or Template Libraries.

But In case of Oracle financials,we didn't find any Third Party Support or any business objects or any COM Support .

is there any separate package to be installed for getting third party COM Support.

we are trying to get the data of oracle financials 10 and above(11 and 11i)..

tell me The Different Ways To Do this ..

Any sort of help will be appreciated.
