You need to use the database creation assistant to create a database, and easysql has absolutely nothing to do with it. Please also be informed that a database in Oracle is not the same as a database in Sqlserver and Sybase.
A sqlserver 'database' is implemented in Oracle as a schema. Please try to read the Oracle Concepts manual asap.
