how can i get session-handle? (OLEDB)

Hi,

i have two applications connecting to the same instance, at the moment each application opens a new connection. i know it is possible to share one connection, but for that i need the session-handle from first connection. Is it possible to get all sessions from a client ? some code-examples in C++ would be great...
