Hello Everyone,



We have an Oracle 8.1.6 database.  I'd like to be able to connect to
it through a third party tool, Embarcadero or VB or Delphi.  I'm
trying to find the following downloads on Oracle's sight:


	Oracle Net8 Client 8.1.6.0.0
	Oracle Universal Installer shipping with Oracle 8.1.6





Can someone point me in the right direction? I can't seem to locate
these.
