How can I use Oracle GUI classes?

Hi there,

I'm recently developing some Oracle related Java applications, and want to make my GUI look like Oracle GUI applications like dbastudio
(I'm using ver 8.1.7). I naturally think of using the GUI classes that
dbastudio uses. It's OK to just write some simple GUI apps. However, to write more sophisticated GUI apps, I definitely need documents of how to use these classes.

So, my questions:
(1) Does Oracle allow users to use their Java classes?
(2) If yes, how can I find the documents?
