HELP install oracle 8 and dev 2000 forms 5

hi
i installed oracle 8 personnal edition
and i want to install developer 2000 2.1 (old version)

the universal installer don't recognize the win95.prd from the dev 2000 cd and when i use the install of dev 2000 (Oracle installer 3.3.1.1.0.C), he dont want install in the same oracle directory and forms cant be installed when many oracle directory exits !

so i need a help !!!
