We have PeopleSoft HR running on an Oracle RDBMS.  PeopleSoft charges
an arm/leg for their Portal (9i).
 


Would we gain anything by using the Oracle Portal in conjunction with
PeopleSoft?  Is the Oracle portal typically included in a DB license,
or is that separate?
