Oracle8i PE Installer error with Windows Me

When I try to install Oracle8i Personal Edition with Windows Me I receive an
installer error:



Jrew has caused an error in JAVAI.DLL


Jrew will now close



The CPU is a Pentium 4.  Is there a way around this problem?
