oracle xsql servlet

Would anybody have a copy of the oracle xsqlservlet they could email to me or post here? the oracle technet site has had a broken link to this file for about a week. they tell me they're working on it, but for some reason cannot simply email the file to me. i would be grateful. here'e the page where the file is supposed to be available:
