I'm having a hard time figuring out just what your first comment means, but I'm not reporting from word.

1. I know Word is not a report writer, I didn't say it was and I'm not using it as such.
2. C is a very powerful language that can do a great deal. There are other ways, but C is quite proficient at massaging data, not to mention it's ability to write binary files as well as ascii files.
3. Who said that the data was incorrect? Not me. The data is correct. Where are you getting your information?
4. My users are quiet happy with me. I give them the data they request in the format that they request it. Therefor, they are the real winners.

So, I asked a question on how to get data into a word format from C. You made some comments that did nothing to address my question, and showed your bad attitude and lack of knowledge in the subject matter. No one will be showing me the door for my email because I always get them what they want and keep their database running quite well. I also work well with my customers - I'll bet that's something you cant say.
