Well, it depends of a lot of things.
I think 256 MB RAM should be enough, as well as 10 GB diskspace. Maybe a PIII would be more suitable, coz I run 8i + developer on a PII laptop and it consumes all my cpu-power. Consider Windows 98/Me with Personal Oracle.
