Alex, where is the warning. All I see is standard information messages. Wher are these messages being displayed, on your screen or in the alert.log?
When you are having this problem are there any error messages in the alert.log or are any trace files being generated?
Are the tables you are altering in use, are there packaged or stored procedures defined on them?
I think we need more information to determine the problem.
