CA- Erwin. Been around for 9 years developed by Logic Works/sold to Platinum now with CA.
Works with all relational databases Server/Desktop db's. Forward/Reverse engineering. Meta data management. Import/Export in data transfered in modelling standard format.
If multi-db is the big need this is it. Not the cheapest.~$3K US.

Their are some cheaper products from newer companies may not have all the features.
