Simplest way is to use SQLPLUS a tool that comes with a typical Oracle
installation.
You can find it in the Oracle BIN directory if you do not have a shortcut.
Unfortunately this has a command line interface, if you want a handy
graphical tool,
try a trial version of TOAD, you can download it from www.quest.com
