Something is not right here. Even with 30 users using 10 MB a piece that only adds up to 300 MB of Physical memory , you should not be having that type of problem. You should start looking at the Performance Monitor on your NT Server Administrative tools.

Look at least at :

All of these have some explantion what they mean, but that should get you started. I could see that you might run into problems with respect to CPU usuage but memory bound problems seem odd.

In task manager find out what the memory is being used by the Oracle process (Each ORacle thread is grouped into the memory for the ORacle process)
